When I purchased Disney + through Amazon it worked fine the moment I decided to purchase the Disney +, Hulu and ESPN, the Disney plus isn’t working . I have been online with chat and on the phone did every step they told me to do then I was told someone would Email me and I haven’t heard anything.

Tried all the 6 steps mentioned above. Did them twice. Still not working. Bought a new Fire TV Cube. Downloaded DisneyPlus only. Still does not work.

Not sure what the issue is. Disney works on iPhone, works on roku, but not on firestick

I now have this same issue. Disney+ worked fine on my Firestick just a couple weeks ago and now nothing! All other apps work on the Firestick. Disney+ works on my other newer tv and my mobile phone app just fine. I have gone through uninstalling, installing, shutting off tv, internet, restarting Firestick, etc. and still nothing! Chatted with Disney+ last night for 1 1/2 and still no help. So frustrating!

Same here. Spoke to Disney+ and they told me it was an Amazon Firestick problem. I asked how that could be possible because all my other apps were working. After an hour, the rep asked for my email and said that she would contact me when they find out what is going on and how to fix it. I did try all of the suggestions above and it is still not working. I even tried to mirror my phone to my TV – it worked with every app EXCEPT for Disney+

On my Firestick Just recently Disney plus shows have switched from English to Spanish . No language settings were changed. But if I log into Disney Plus on my laptop everything is in English. What can I do to fix it back to English

Disney plus stopped working yesterday. Nothing has changed on our internet connection, TV or Fire TV stick. I have logged out and tried to log back in and it still will not connect.

Same issue Disney+ and amazon told me it was because I subscribed with my Apple subscriptions and per Apple conditions you can only view in Apple devices Which is not true because the issue started about two weeks ago before that it was working just fine in non Apple devices it’s frustrating fire stick or Disney+ can’t get it together they should stop advertising you can stream Disney+ and it’s a lie
